The College of Education teachers Mr. Safad Muzaffar Muhammed, Mr. Taha Ramadan Taha and Hassan Basil Abdulqader from the College of Basic Education took part in a chess judging course in Baghdad on Thursday, May 30, 2024. Twenty judges from the provinces of Baghdad, Nineveh, Hewler, Duhok, Salahaddin, Karbala and Anbar participated in the tournament, which was organized by the Baghdad Chess Judiciary Union. Topics including chess law, judicial duties, swiss system, prevention of fraud and the use of modern clocks were covered in the three-day seminar.
